The directors of the Anti Money Laundering Compliance Company (AMLCC) are Richard Simms and Paul Harmsworth.
 
Richard Simms is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Managing Director of F A Simms & Partners Limited a business rescue and insolvency practice who provide insolvency services nationwide.
 
Paul Harmsworth has been the CEO of The Federation of Tax Advisers since its inception in 1997. The FTA is an organisation that regulates its member tax adviser firms throughout UK and provides support including CPD update courses, member newsletters and discounted services such as PI Insurance.
 
The main objective of AMLCC is to provide a complete guide to professionals in dealing with their anti money laundering obligations.
